Often, our Customers comes with special projects, in addition to regular service activities multi-location installation of their products, preventive maintenance, software upgrades, etc., Such projects come with defined timelines, well defined SOPs and end user specific execution challenges. We have managed such large time bound projects through our service network through well planned schedules, SOWs and execution.

HOW WE SERVE

We involve with our Customers from the project initiation stage to understand the SOWs and train the technicians to deliver the specific service. A detailed & mutually agreed calendar to execute the project is prepared and disseminated with the team. The identified SPOCs from our team and Customer monitors the progress of the project and ensures the successful execution through regular reviews, interventions whenever needed and support.
