HOW WE SERVE
Customer specific service requirements are mapped with a technical and commercial proposal and signed off them for execution. A detailed timeline is drafted for rolling out the services. Required resources and infrastructure are identified, trained on SOWs and deployed for execution of services. Necessary inventory planning and IT toll enablement are simultaneously done in order maintain the rollout deadlines. Account Managers are deployed to manage these services with full accountability on meeting SLAs.
